Auto mapgroup selection

Added new feature where map group is selected automatically from the selected gamemodetype. To use it simply create a mapgroup named auto_ and the that mapgroup will be automatically selected when that gamemodetype is selected.

Some examples (skip spaces in mapgroup names):

Also upgraded sourcemod to latest (downloadable version).

LINUX only: Added support for auto updating server (thanks to @Peter82kr for suggestion and hints) (uses the srcds_run -autoupdate option)

Fixed restartserverat

No longer get error message when trying to enter more than one time point. Also fixed bug related to this setting in linux where functionality was completely broken. Should now work as intended again.
