Description

1. Add instructions to disable restore failures forever
2. Don't delay friars D1 if getting steel organ. Delay was to get more NC forcers, but folks getting steel organ are generally going slow and don't need this speed optimization
3. Set default log level to 3.
4. Set log level always to 3... if going this far might as well just remove loging level all together. Will talk in asscord about it
