  1. Add Mozilla Hub bridge type, Add GoHubsBot, Add a way to hide projects 

    but still have them linkable.

This adds a hidden flag for bridge sections and also support for
unmaintained bridges. It also makes sure that png images can be used as
a fallback (Here used to stay within the brand guidelines of Mozilla
Hubs)
