but still have them linkable. This adds a hidden flag for bridge sections and also support for unmaintained bridges. It also makes sure that png images can be used as a fallback (Here used to stay within the brand guidelines of Mozilla Hubs)

Fixes #2141
This adds all the gatsby projects back to the data.
They are (unless still maintained) added as an unmaintained project. Additionally, bridge networks which only consist of unmaintained bridges are visually hidden. (Meaning the detail pages are generated but not linked.) That way people can if they like to still link to them but are not mislead to old data easily.
There will be some more changes needed to make this work for the non bridge pages however which will come when I get there. This PR is highly WIP.
