@tianyeeT 可考虑不翻译WCAG部分的内容（全部都是outdated的，WCAG的内容按 v2.0 写的，现在是v2.2了，况且mdn上的这部分内容基本照抄spec原文）

/ping WCAG上游已经更新了，不过子页面都还没动
