Niko Home Control binding extension [BETA]

This is a beta version of further development of the Niko Home Control binding.
This version has bug fixes and adds:

• Alternative channels for thermostats, using strings instead of numeric values, can make integration with Google, Alexa and Homekit easier
• Energy monitoring for Niko Home Control I
• Doorlock and access support

Elroconnects binding extension [BETA]

Extended version of Elro Connects binding available in 3.3M3.

This version adds signal strength and hub alarm channels. It also adds console commands for device setup and maintenance (add, remove, rename, replace devices). An extra bridge type connects to the ELRO connects cloud service and allows discovery of the hubs on the account.
