This pull request adds running code for letting Moodle Plugin CI pass, and also runs it for Moodle 4.5.
It deals with the Moodle Code Checker and Moodle PHPDocs errors before (for PHPDocumentor @example is a reserved word, on can not use "@example.com").
If you merge this it would also be worth to move the default branch to "main" and drop "master" see https://moodledev.io/general/community/plugincontribution/master2main .
