zero mutation samples won't crash the report

v1.1.0 pre-release

This release takes the normal id from the input.json. Current system creating the input.json needs to be updated to provided the normal id so it will stay in pre-release until we got that change.

No zero mutation fails: This version won't fail creating the report if sample has zero mutations. Only expected fail is FATAL ERROR: invalid sample, which indicate the sample is not found in the provided data.

NO_MSI

MSI is turned of temporarly. Note that, report was not calculating the MSI value, it is done by Helix Filters.

We just turned of showing the MSI value in the report until we make sure about its accuracy
