In addition to the general documentation for using Foundry, our contacts at Palantir have created a Project on NIDAP that includes a number of useful guides, tips, and examples for using the platform. These help pages are less general, and were made to help NIH developers specifically. This documentation will not have every answer you are looking for, but have some interesting insights to the philosophy of everyday use that the Palantir Documentation might not include.
