begin French and Swedish translation

This release adds parts of French and Swedish translation as well as the configure - make - make install mechanism to enable installation on other systems than Debian derivates.

Currency symbol fix

This release just fixes the wrong currency symbol bug.

UI improvements

This release:

• adds an Entry field to specify the current assets. At the moment, this needs to be done manually on every startup. In future releases, I plan to have this field pre-filled with the forcast of the last usage.
• removes the starting date calendar, because it was only confusing. Simbuto is an application to plan from now into the future. So no need to specify an starting date.

• The currency symbol seems to only be displayed right in the € case.

Ensemble tolerance

This feature adds an (optional) ensemble run to the plot. The day and amount tolerances are assumed to be distributed uniformly. The 10%- and 90%-quantiles of the ensemble are then added as darker shadow to the plot.

Also, improve startup time a little.

Tolerance feature

New in this release: the Tolerance feature:

• When you specify tolerance_day and/or tolerance_amount, a worst/best case shadow is shown in the back of the graph
• The tolerance_day is the temporal insecurity in days
• The tolerance_amount is the insecurity of the amount
• In the best case, all incomes happen the earliest and all costs the latest each with the highest possible positive/negative value. For the worst case it's the other way round.

The Tolerance feature gives you an impression on the reliability of your financial plan.

Further window resize improvements

This release further improves window resizing: The graph is now updated on:

• window maximize/minimize
• window resize
• sometimes on window movement (unnecessary, but I couldn't avoid it...)

This release adds some improvements to window resizing:

• resizing is no longer limited by the graph's size
• the graph is now updated on window resize (this is still not perfect...)

Also, a (for now empty) tab page for the comfort editor was added.

Time frame selection

• adds calendars to select the plotting time frame
• adds some command-line options
• adds the version to the about dialog
• fixes the crash on events outside the plotting time frame
• fixes some other bugs
