Ensemble tolerance

This feature adds an (optional) ensemble run to the plot. The day and amount tolerances are assumed to be distributed uniformly. The 10%- and 90%-quantiles of the ensemble are then added as darker shadow to the plot.

Also, improve startup time a little.
