Related with the issue #2252

Introducing a new subset named (cellxgene_subset) to identify cells referenced by CellXGene.

CL usage is reported using the CellXGene Census so only covers human and mouse species. The usage report is automatically generated on a nightly basis.

You can also commit the tsv file.

Tsv is auto generated every night. I didn't committed it to retrieve the latest tsv with every build. cl.Makefile is downloading the tsv. But I can still commit it if needed.

No worries, it will download the tsv in every build. Please commit it for transparency.
