This panel includes patient identification details, contact information, medical history, current medications, vital signs, lab results, immunizations, upcoming appointments, notes, and care plan. The Care Panel aims to enhance healthcare providers' ability to access crucial patient data efficiently.

HTS Forms with Machine Learning Support: In this release, we have integrated advanced Machine Learning features into the HTS (HIV Testing Services) forms. These intelligent features aid in better data analysis and decision-making, ultimately improving the quality of healthcare services.

Expanded Form Collection: We have added the majority of forms, including the highly anticipated HIV Green Card form. Our goal is to offer a comprehensive collection of forms that cater to diverse healthcare needs.

Print Preview for Patient Summary: To facilitate seamless communication and patient handoffs, we have implemented a print preview feature for patient summaries. Healthcare providers can now review and print patient summaries with ease.
