#183 - Change "USB Flasher" to Popsicle

pop-os#183 - Change "USB Flasher" to Popsicle

The proposal in #183 was to change the name to "Popsicle USB Flasher" though, right? If the name is just "Popsicle", my worry is that new users may be confused by what the application does. Right now, the name "USB Flasher" is the most obvious explanation of what the application does.

You can think of Popsicle as the codename, and the application's actual title is USB Flasher. Similar to how Nautilus is called Files instead of Nautilus.

Isn't this the purpose of GenericName vs Name? I.e. KWrite has Name set to KWrite but GenericName set to Text Editor. That way the client/launcher can choose if it wants brand names, generic names, or both.

I have changed the name to Popsicle USB Flasher, and the generic name to USB Flasher (also I used DeepL to make the French and Portuguese translations for the name and generic name)

Yes, I did it on my phone.
