it is now noted that there is a possible improvement that could be made to exclude additional road categories from the impervious surface pixels among which population is distributed. - The documentation now correctly reflects the fact that the April 2019 versions of the NLCD2016 impervious surface layer and impervious surface descriptor layers are hosted on the FigShare repository along with the dasymetric data product.
