    Mock HostWorkspaceServices as early as possible to make sure that
`document.Project.Solution.Workspace.Services` and
`document.Project.Solution.Services.WorkspaceServices` are the same
object (to make sure that both of them are mocked).

Fixes razzmatazz#103.
