This pull request introduces a new GitHub Actions workflow named 'Trunk Check'. The workflow is designed for invocation by Trunk Check and includes configurations for job concurrency and permissions. Key features include:

  • Workflow dispatch with an optional payload input.
  • Read-only contents permission.
  • A single job that executes the Trunk Check using the trunk-io/trunk-action@v1 action.

This workflow aims to streamline and automate the check processes facilitated by Trunk Check, enhancing the CI/CD pipeline.
