This PR includes the support of generating the XML blobs required to color links in Gazebo.
Right now, these edits cannot be tested on the setup provided by
icub-model-generator(robotology/icub-models-generator#62), but it is possible using the Heidelberg model.Fixes robotology/icub-models-generator#57.
