App Scrap Yard

Sandstorm apps that didn't quite make it, but which contain useful code. Maybe you want to pick up where the developer left off. Maybe you want to extract something useful for your own unrelated app idea.

Hockeypuck

This is a PGP keyserver. The reason it was abandoned is that reaching Sandstorm via API either requires a special URL root path or auth headers, neither of which appear to be possible with the standard gnupg command line tool. See the README for more details on that. Maybe you can find a way?

As of May 2024 this contains a way to get Postgres running on Sansdtorm, thanks to Troy. But there was a bug with restarting the app that appears on certain systems. Troy has a fix but hasn't made it public as of this writing. But also, Jake eventually plans to create a vagrant-spk stack to make Postgres available more easily.
