Meetup event checklist

Consider doing the following things when publishing an event page on Meetup.com. These are all things we've forgotten to do.

List the start and end time. It's easy to forget the end time. Having an end time helps people know if it's OK to show up late. (It usually is OK to show up late.)

Include a phone number. If possible, this helps latecomers find the event (at the cost of having someone on pager duty).

Make sure we've verified any known dietary restrictions. This has resulted in some last-minute action, although we've never quite dropped this ball.
