Solana prep - Assets Market Data

Overview

We need to add the market data of solana's assets, should be easy but it's cleaner to separate this implementation from the CAIP2 adapter's one

Add the solana case in packages/caip/src/adapters/coingecko/utils.ts

Acceptance Criteria

• All market data for any solana assets are loaded
• SOL price is shown as well as market data and charts
