actions-rs/*actions, haven't been maintained for quite some time. Replace withdtolnay/rust-toolchain,taiki-e/install-actionSwatinem/rust-cachenextestfor running tests, much fastercargo-llvm-covfor coverage trackingcargo-wasiandwasm32-wasichecks, should redo withcargo-componentinstead (andwasm32-wasip2): https://blog.rust-lang.org/2024/04/09/updates-to-rusts-wasi-targets.html0.26.0, which is not the latest version: Support generics with defaulted args mozilla/cbindgen#959 broke0.27.0for us, will investigate how to fix
