Bump dependencies. Resolves #2336
This PR bumps the versions for all dependencies that could be updated. I couldn't update
collectionandcharactersbecause it caused a version conflict with the test package.The example docs started to fail the build with an error the seems to be related to the uuid package. Because of that, I re-generated the pubspec.lock file.
