Lots of spacers and M3 screws for the flight control stack mounting.
Many micro SD cards won't work (nicely) with blackbox because of latency/thruput/etc. Blackbox can only handle 4GB anyway, so invest in 64GB cards makes no sense anyway. Latency and speed over size!
Known to be good by our group:
- Sandisk Extreme PRO 32GB Class 10 UHS-I <-- the absolute best. Logging loads at 1kHz possible, little corruption
- Samsung EVO 32GB Plus Class 10 UHS-I <-- but not as good as Sandisk Extreme PRO
- Sandisk Extreme 32GB Class 10 UHS-I <-- but not as good as Sandisk Extreme PRO
Known to be good by betaflight devs (https://betaflight.com/docs/development/Blackbox#microsdhc)
- Transcend 16GB class 10 UHS-I
- Sandisk Extreme 16GB Class 10 UHS-I
- Sandisk Ultra 16GB (but not 32GB!)
Known to be bad:
- Generic 4GB Class 4
- Sandisk Ultra 32GB
- Integral 32GB

Print with PLA, heat bed to 60deg for adhesion on Ultimaker 3 and Creality Ender Pro 3. Infill about 20%. Initially I did 2mm wallthickness, but I don't think that's necessary.
Use buildplate adhesion; some parts are small!
For the BambuLabs X1 I made some gcode that should be plug-and-pray.
