First debian2docker release

This is the first debian2docker release.

It supports the following hypervisors:

• KVM
• VirtualBox
• VMware Fusion/Workstation/Player/vSphere
• HyperV

It has the following features:

• Boots in ~10 seconds
• The ISO can also be used as a bootable hard drive image
• It can use persistent Docker storage set up by boot2docker
• It has full support for cgroups and swap accounting
• It's based on Debian jessie and it runs kernel 3.12.9
• It runs Docker 0.8.1
• It supports the BTRFS storage driver and enables it automatically for BTRFS partitions labeled debian2docker-data or boot2docker-data
