Please make sure that the following requirements are installed
- Cytoscape version 3.9.0 or later
- cy3sbml (for importing metabolic models)
ScyNet is available in the Cytoscape App Store. It can be installed within Cytoscape by going to Apps -> App Manager and then search for ScyNet. Once found, select ScyNet and click install.
It is also possible to install ScyNet from file. You can find the .jar file on github. To install it within Cytoscape by going to Apps -> App Manager and then install from file. Navigate to and select the .jar file for ScyNet and click install.
