Since data now includes numeric values, we must treat numeric values differently than discrete values. The output of importBugphyzz is now a list of data.frames. Signatures will be made
with makeSignatures. Numeric signatures will be created according to pre-defined thresholds if the user does not provide a threshold themselves.
