重写了ClusterCanalConnector
集群模式下在canal-server挂掉时，自动切换到正在运行的server上
集群模式下有多个client时，通过zk保证了只有一个client在运行，其他client作为冷备，当正在运行的client挂掉时，其他client会有一个继续运行。但是此时可能会有重复消息，注意幂等性校验。
第2、3条不需要额外干涉。
