npg manifest4study needs to be updated to consider products with lanes missing #186

Is likely we will see new file patterns for products where not all lanes are included.

@dkj suggests changing:

m{(\S+/(\d+)/((\d+)(?:_(\d))?#(\d+)[.]cram)):.*Hash \(md5\):\s+(\S+)}sm

to

m{(\S+/(\d+)/((\d+)(?:_(\d)(?:-\d)*)?#(\d+)[.]cram)):.*Hash \(md5\):\s+(\S+)}sm
