Q: How do I create a scale based only on stacking a single interval?
A: You type that interval in the Scale data text box. E.g. to make 88cET simply add a single line consisting of 88.0 to your scale.
Q: How do I make a scale from a list of frequencies?
A: Let's say you have something like
C3 = 200 Hz
E3 = 250 Hz
G3 = 300 Hz
C4 = 400 Hz
E4 = 500 Hz
G4 = 600 Hz
If the scale repeats at octaves you will only need a single octave's worth of data. In this case 200:250:300:400
which you should input to New scale → Enumerate chord. Also set the Base frequency to 200 and MIDI note for base frequency to 36 which corresponds to C3.
