@yasinthanvickneswaran There was a bug in the reader for Wormneuroatlas. The order of pre & post was wrong (mininal docs unfortunately... https://francescorandi.github.io/wormneuroatlas/wormneuroatlas.html#NeuroAtlas.get_chemical_synapses).
I've regenerated the matrices and they look better now for this, nearly the same as White et al
