Rename AudioBatchedSampleWrite to MaxAudioSamplesPerWrite followed by PR (#3325).

As suggested by the comments (#3325 (comment), #3325 (comment)), refactoring audio_batched_sample_write to max_audio_samples_per_write.

Rename AudioBatchedSampleWrite to MaxAudioSamplesPerWrite followed by PR (youtube#3325).
