Voyage Beta Schedule
Voyage-Beta is different from other Chingu Voyages. Prior Voyages have been manually planned, administered, and managed. This takes an incredible amount of time, is error-prone, and slow to react to the needs of our members. After seven Voyages operating under this model it became apparent that a different approach was required if we were going to be able to grow and improve.
Starting with Voyage-Beta a large amount of automation is being introduced to help us achieve our long-term goal of growing and improving the value of the Chingu Experience. Initially, much of this isn't visible to Voyagers since it's focused on tasks such as the automated creation of Slack channels and GitHub teams and repos. However, as this voyage progresses new user-facing features will be introduced.
The Chingu-X Team, the individuals volunteering to build a better platform, appreciates your help and patience.
This voyage is eleven weeks long and is subdivided into nine sprints, each of which is one-week long.

Each sprint consists of a set of milestones and events designed to provide feedback to your team, collect information to help the Chingu Organization improve your Voyage experience, and provide a transition between sprints.
Keep in mind that you will encounter challenges and difficulties along the way. Just like you can expect in an employer environment. Being Agile means that you'll need to adjust your plans and be open to changes as they occur.
