Configuring Pay2Spawn

Claycorp edited this page Sep 2, 2014 · 1 revision

This page was written for config version 2; but there might be help for other versions as well. We try to comment all fields in the config itself, but some information might be missing. If you think something needs more comments, tell us!

The main config file Pay2Spawn.cfg

Category p2s

!Don't touch configversion!

Subcategory hud contains information about the text that appears on screen.

Category p2s_filter

Want to keep your stream PG? Use this!

Category p2s_server

All settings in this category apply server side (also apply in SSP)

  • forceP2S -> kick players without Pay2Spawn
  • forceServerconfig -> Playing with multiple streamers? Use this on the server and everyone will automatically get the same config.
  • serverMessage -> Announces a donation server wide, empty will remove this message.

Category p2s_trackers

Configuring of all types of trackers. If you use anything not supported already, tell us! We might implement it.

Not all trackers support a list of top donations, that is why some of them don't have the topdonations category.

ChildsPlay Charity

If APIKey or APIsecret is empty, it will automatically be disabled.

Twitch Subscribers

!You must ALWAYS fill out the channel field here. Even if you disable this tracker! If APIKey is empty, it will automatically be disabled.

Streamtip

If ClientAccessToken or ClientID is empty, it will automatically be disabled.

Donation-Tracker

If APIKey or Channel is empty, it will automatically be disabled.

Category p2s_types

Used for global reward type configuration. Server normally overrides client here.

#The main permissions file Permissions.json Please use the ingame command to edit this. If you really want to edit it, use a proper JSON editor like this one.

#The global permissions banlist BanList.txt Use this to block permission nodes that you want nobody to use.

#The various other text files *.txt They are files designed to help you setup the rewards, because not all mod(packs) have logic ids for stuff like potion effects. For example: Enchantment.txt contains a list of all enchantments.

#The statistics file Statistics.dat Used to store things like total amount donated, what rewards where spawned how many times, ... If you want to reset those things, remove this file.
