Piloting's conclusion

With this plan we want found:

  • possible errors in the usability of Art In Bar.
  • Check that users feel comfortable with interface.
  • Check if there is any factor that we have overlooked in the design of the application.

How we have two kinds of users, we have done two kinds of tests, one for artists and another for venues.

Main ideas of artists

They likes the appearance of the page, the colors and distribution. About contents, they said that it's great, but the offer's description could be longers, They also ask about the monkey.

Some artists talks about the chat, they think that it is so big and the dates of the messages is unnecessary. Also they said that the profile is so short, they haven't place for their songs or medias. About the offers they said that you can't view who publish the offer, you have to go to its owner profile to watch the name of the venue and his info.

Main ideas of venues

they also likes the appareance of the web, but they dislike the profile, they can't view his logo properly, and maps don't works, also they have troubles creating offers, and talk about the offers lists, and they dislike it, they couldn't view a artist profile, so they can't write about it, about the chat, they wrote that it grow when it is empty, and the dates are so big and unnecessary.

Things to improve:

  • 1-Offers Views and List, and fix problems to create Offers
  • 2-Become the chat more friendly and resize it
  • 3-Venue Profile's apareance
