From marketing plan we are expecting around 30.000 clicks for artist and mostly the same for venues on our announcement and estimating that 35% of them regist on our app means 10.500 user in a year. Using those numbers, and expecting from our target venues to have at least around 4 or more live performances per month, we estimate the following cases to recover our inversión into the project.

Worst Case

Only around two contracts using our app in a year per artist, that means that our artists will find at maximum one venue to play for each six months, making 21.000 performances using our app and using the minimum fee it translates into 21.000€ in the first year, covering the entire cost of our marketing and development.

Medium Case

Around 4 contracts using our app in a year per artist, that means that our artists will find at maximum one venue to play for each three months, making 42.000 performances using our app and using the minimum fee it translates into 42.000€ in the first year, covering the entire cost of our marketing and development twice.

Best Case

Around 11 contracts using our app in a year per artist, that means that our artists will find around one venue to play for each month, making 126.000 performances using our app and using the minimum fee it translates into 126.000€ in the first year. This case is what we want to make real allowing artists to find their place and making their music reach others, not less that amount of performances will multiply by ten the cost in benefits.
