Piloting project

The piloting project only will have the core of Art in Bar:

• Login
• View profiles
• Chat with other users (the others users to chat will be part of the staff conected to the app)
• manage offers

Purpose

With this plan we want found:

• possible errors in the usability of Art In Bar.
• Check that users feel comfortable with interface.
• Check if there is any factor that we have overlooked in the design of the application.

Pilot users

We have found 14 pilots user, 10 for Artist and 4 for Venues, they gave us a phone number or email to take part on this app's develop.

Process of Test

We will meet with different user groups in a room with computers. Users will have a list of tasks to do in the application.

While users are doing the test, some staff members will be in the room to help if someone gets stuck.

Metrics

The computers on the tests will have access to the pilot project and will have a recording software, OBS in this case. We will record all test and have animation for each click, At the end of each task, they should answer some questions about the task and if ther have been troubles doing it. At the end of the test they have to answer a survey about their general opinion.

• Numbers of clicks for each task.
• Observe if the users have some trouble to realize the tasks.
• General opinion on the use of application.
