Punishment System

We have define a Warning methodology.

What is a Warning?

A Warning can implies two things:

while we are working at SEEP, a Warning means losing one point of the mark which will be shared between the others members of the team. After the subject, a Warning won't mean nothing, but if you reach 3 Warnings you will be fired.

Also you can be fired if whole the team agrees.

How get a Warning?

Anyone can say that other deserve a Warning because he haven't worked or has affect negatively to the project along this sprint and call for vote, if the half plus one of the team say 'yes', the person get a Warning. A person only can get one Warning for sprint, the vote have to be done at review-retrospective meeting.

How to lose a Warning?

If you work correctly along 3 sprints, you will lose a Advice if you have any.
