PatientLevelPredictionModule

Introduction

This is a module for developing patient level prediction modules. The user needs to specify a list of model designs and a model is fit per design.

For a detailed example of how to manually create a prediction model development network study json specificaiton using Strategus and modules see the wiki . In the future we aim to create a UI that can create the network study json specification.

Technology

PatientLevelPredictionModule is an R project.

System requirements

Requires R (version 3.6.0 or higher).
