Install Protégé (Version 5.5.0)
Install Graphviz (Version 2.38)
Activate OWLViz

[Window] -> [Tabs] -> [OWLViz]

Troubleshooting

DOT Error - Set path to dot.exe

[File] -> [Preferences] -> [OWLViz] -> "Path to DOT" = C:\Program Files (x86)\Graphviz2.38\bin\dot.exe
