Plugin List

Below are all the plugins we use on StardustMC, whether they are something for the backend, or part of the content players constantly use. Due to the sheer amount, they are organized into sections.

Essential

The "bread and butter" plugins that are used all the time by players and admins alike.

ARM deals with managing the buying/selling of plots in the shopping district. View the wiki page for instructions on how to use it

CMI has it all: tpa, home, afk, economy, etc. You can find instructions for some of the most important ones on the Basic Commands page.

DiscordSRV is what connects the Discord #live-chat to the in-game Minecraft chat. We have a wiki page explaining how it works and what you can do with it!

GriefDefender manages the entire claiming and town system, and has a ton of intricate features. You can read the basic instructions on our wiki page, or visit their plugin page to read all the intricacies.

Pl3xMap provides a live map of the server, where you can see players, buildings, claims, biomes, and more. Use it to scout out your new base, or view the Shopping District from above! You can view the map here.

In order to not "run out" of Incendium structures, we have special resource worlds this season! They reset weekly, and can be plundered for resources by anyone and everyone. Do /rw tp nether to enter, and /spawn to return.

An alternative to Discord VC, this lets you chat in game based on proximity. View our quick instructions for it on our wiki page for it.

Content

Not as important as the essential plugins, but make up the meat of the server and add content.

Angel Chest is the "grave" system. When you die, all your items will be put into a gravestone. You have 5 hours to retrieve your items! If you truly have no idea how to get back, and your items are super valuable to you, you can pay to teleprot directly to it. But beware, as it will cost a hefty 1000★!

When you get to your grave, shift right click to view the contents of the grave, or right click to have your inventory restored to you instantaneously.

Armor Stand Editor has a quite self-explanitory name. Instructions on how to use it, taken directly from the plugin page:

  1. Hold a piece of Flint in your main hand
  2. Left/right-click away from an armor stand to open the menu
  3. Select the labeled menu options
  4. Left/Right Click the armor stand with the tool in hand to apply those options.

BetterLogStrip helps prevent you from accidentally stripping your logs! In order to actually strip logs, you need to be shifting. This plugin also adds in some stonecutter recipes when you input logs or wood into it.

Another self-explanitory plugin name, this one adds custom discs. Sound files are added to the server by the admins, and then while using Simple Voice Chat, players can listen to them in game. Donators can request custom discs as well!

A simple plugin that makes doors cooler. If you have a double door, opening one door opens the other. You can also knock on doors by punching them!

Since the server is running in 1.19.4 instead of 1.20, this plugin gives the editible sign functionality.

Paired with Advanced Region Market, this is how you can buy and sell things in the shopping district. Read our guide on how to use it on our wiki page.

This plugin grants a little bit of experience every time a crop is harvested.

HMCCosmetics has some of our cosmetics such as particles! Read more details on what's available and how to get them on our Donator Perks wiki page.

InteractiveChat enables players to show off stuff like their inventory and inventory, in the chat. See the full list of capabilities on the Discord/Chatting wiki page.

This is an addon for InteractiveChat that works with DiscordSRV to allow the special chats to show up in Discord as well!

NDailyRewards provides another way to earn Starz. Every day you log in, do /daily to claim your daily reward. Day 1 only yields 50★, but Day 7 yields 200★.

RealEstate is an add-on to GriefDefender that allows players to sell, rent, or lease their claims.

Rotation Wrench provides a player-friendly debug stick to rotate blocks such as terracotta, chests, banners, stairs, and more. The crafting recipe is in the image below!

RotationWrenchRecipe

Shulker Backpacks allows you to open shulker boxes without needing to place them down. Either right click it in the air while holding it, or right click it while in your inventory.

SimplePets is for Donators (read about the perks on our wiki page), and allows the summoning of pets that you can name, ride, and wear as a hat! Pet Example

SmoothTimber allows the mining of a tree in a single hit. Break the bottom log, and the entire tree wil come tumbling down!

WanderingTrades allows us to configure Wandering Traders to have nicer trades. In our case, Wandering Traders are a source of miniblocks, player heads (selected randomly from players who have joined StardustMC), and some 1.20 features such as Cherry Saplings.

Administration

Players don't interact with these plugins as much, but they are vital for the administration and backend of the server.

Chunky allows us to pregenerate the world so it isn't laggy when players explore new chunks! Very useful when Terralith is involved.

An add-on to Chunky, it allows us to set a border for the pregeneration.

Citizens is used for a couple of custom NPCs in spawn.

CMILIB is simply the required library for CMI.

CommandWhitelist is a useful tool to help determine which commands show up in the command auto-complete and which do not.

This plugin packs a lot of power, allowing us to do more things based on PAPI variables.

The name is self expanitory - it helps makes console a little bit more readable.

CoreProtect is a very powerful plugin which allows moderators to view the history of all block breaks/places, block entity interactions, and much more. This is how we find out who griefed your base!

A self-explanitory name, this plugin allows for very customizable jump pads.

Although Denizen is a powerful scripting plugin, StardustMC is only using it to do simple things, such as make NPCs from Citizens sit down.

F3NPerm allows non-opped moderators to use the F3+N and F3+F4 keybinds.

GDHooks is a GriefDefender add-on designed to extend its support for other plugins.

ImageFrame allows for the importing of images into the game, able to be placed like maps! It not only works with images, but GIFs as well.

Maxwell

LiteBans is the plugin used for handling moderation: bans, kicks, mutes, warns, etc. It even has a neat web interface!

LuckPerms is a very popular plugin (and mod) used for managing permissions for all plugins across both StardustMC and the rest of the network.

This plugin connects with client-side minimap mods (such as JourneyMap or Xaero's) to let them know what world they are in. This helps because some mods can get confused with worlds on a server network, like what we have.

NBT API is used for a small thing for NDailyRewards.

OreAnnouncer collects stats about what players are mining, and helps catch xrayers. Useful moderation plugin!

PaperTweaks is the Paper version of VanillaTweaks. Click the spoiler below to view the enabled tweaks.

Enabled Tweaks
  • Larger Phantoms

  • Mob Griefing (preventing them from griefing)

  • Silence Mobs

  • Custom Nether Portals

An add-on for Pl3xMap that allows for named banners to show on the live map. This is used to label the neighborhoods in the Shopping District

An add-on for Pl3xMap that allows for claims to show on the live map.

PAPI is an essential plugin, which allows for using variables from 1 plugin to another.

PLAN gives us an excellent player analytics dashboard, where we can view players and server statistics.

ProtocolLib is another essential plugin that helps out with the Minecraft protocol and provides packet wrappers.

PvPManager deals with managing PvP, such as combat logging. Additionally, players can toggle whether they want to participate in PvP or not! Do /pvp to toggle the setting. If PvP is off, players cannot attack you, and you cannot attack players.

Spark generates useful performance reports, which are helpful for debugging.

TAB allows for absolutely beautiful dynamic tab lists! Tab List

An Paper port for Voicechat Interaction that allows talking with Simple Voice Chat to activate sculk sensors.

WorldEdit is the go-to plugin for large-scale building, terraforming, and more.

Complimenting GriefDefender and pairing with Advanced Region Market, WorldGuard protects the spawn, Shopping District, and more.

An add-on for WorldGuard that gives a couple extra useful flags to work with.
