The Settings page is accessible from the menu on all screens.

The project list

  • Delay fetching pictures Checking this box means that picture thumbnails for projects and updates will not be loaded during a refresh. You have to tap the thumbnail to load it. Saves time during refresh and uses less SD card memory, but if you are offline, you can not get them.

  • Delete cached pictures This deletes all the downloaded photo thumbnails. Photos taken by you are not deleted. You will now have to tap a thumbnail to load it.

  • Data server Tap this to set which server to connect to. Set to the live server (already default), http://rsr.akvo.org.

  • Give feedback on version V.vv This is a link to a web form, optimised for handhelds, which lets you enter problems, suggestions and other feedback about the app.

  • Debug Shows the numerical ID of projects and updates, and outputs more detailed error messages.
