Akvo RSR Mobile App

We have been working on building an Akvo RSR Android Application. This piece of technology is currently in Beta testing pase and will be used within some of our trusted partners in order to fully test and ensure that it is ready for public consumption.

We have developed the following user processes:

• Login to RSR with existing User Details
• Synchronise "accessible" projects
• View "accessible" projects based on Logged in users
• Read basic info on projects
• View existing updates for projects
• Create a draft update on "accessible" projects
• Add an image to an update
  • Add a fresh image
  • Add an existing Library image
• Save a Draft Update
• Publish a Draft Update
• Synchronise all pushed Updates

Other items which we have not yet completed but may sit in the Roadmap for this app:

• Adding custom Geolocations to an update
• Adding multiple Images to an update
• Adding a video to an update
• iPhone or alternative Mobile OS
• Find nearby RSR projects (based on GPS)
• Share Projects/Updates
• Edit image before uploading
• Viewing Videos in the App
