How to update the Sophie Photo Contest each year

One should simply update the SophiePictureContestView file.

Before the contest starts, first create the article in the database (associate it to the tag article). It should be done with the Camptocamp Association account. Then, update the file SophiePictureContestView by adding the new year associated with the document number of the article. See for example this PR.

After the contest, when the winners are known, one should update SophiePictureContestView again to feature them. See for example this PR.
