This is my main script that I am using to run participants on my somatosensory feedback perturbation task. This function runs the visual presentation of the task progression, it creates the audapter and NIDAQ objects necessary for recording data, and it saves the recorded data in a convenient save file. The first thing to note about this function is that it makes use of the dfDirs() function to set up directories for saving data, and adding relevant helper toolboxes such as Audapter to the path. This function does a pretty good job of making other directories on your host where you need them to be, based on the settings you select in your own hostname.
