To get UltimateScoreboards up and running follow the next steps:

Purchase and download the last version of UltimateScoreboards from SpigotMc.
Place UltimateScoreboards in the plugins folder.
Start (or restart) the server. DON'T RELOAD. RELOAD IS ALWAYS BAD!
Stop the server and edit the config files. For more information, see the Configuration page.
Start the server.
