Name of a Scoreboard

The name of a scoreboard is, in first place, the name of the scoreboard config file without its extension.
If any space is found in it, it is replaced by a dash (-).

N.B. If two files have the same name (e.g. hello.yml and hello.yaml) only one of the two is loaded, since two scoreboards can't have the same name.

Example:

The scoreboard

is loaded as hello-how-are-you.
