you can follow the values indicated on the pcb. no special precautions required. except, ideally use 10nF caps (NP0) where it says 1nF (around the MCP6002s). (silkscreen fixed in revision 1.1)

here is the component overlay (rev 1.1).
- note: the four 0603 pads close by the 2x20 header is where the ferrite beads go (BLM18BB221SN1D); regular 220R will do, alternatively.
- note: the 2x20 header you see in the above pictures is suitable only for models A+ and zero; pi 2 and pi 3 will need a taller socket, obviously!
- make sure you bend over the caps ...
