(wm8731 version)

  • you can follow the values indicated on the pcb. no special precautions required. except, ideally use 10nF caps (NP0) where it says 1nF (around the MCP6002s). (silkscreen fixed in revision 1.1)

  • here is the component overlay (rev 1.1).

bottom side components:

  • note: the four 0603 pads close by the 2x20 header is where the ferrite beads go (BLM18BB221SN1D); regular 220R will do, alternatively.
  • note: the 2x20 header you see in the above pictures is suitable only for models A+ and zero; pi 2 and pi 3 will need a taller socket, obviously!

top side components:

  • make sure you bend over the caps ...

  • the + next to the one tact switch is where pin 3 (anode) of the 5GTH93542 part goes:

  • with zero W attached:
