1. RNA Seq Workflow

Welcome to the Group-5-miniproject_RNASEQ wiki!

As part of the EANBIT Virtual Residential Training 2020, this group worked on a mini-project towards an RNA-Seq data processing and gene expression analysis workflow. We worked in pairs for the different steps and met to consolidate our results once we were done with each step. This explains why we have 5 branches.
