- Inadequate storage space and occasional downtimes in the HPC facilities.
- Selecting a particular tool or software from an array of options available.

- Untimely responses on our collaboration channels: Slack and Github due to unstandardized time schedules from the members.
- Room for misinterpretation and misunderstanding when working with a diverse group.
- Working virtually for the first time was a steep learning curve.
